I've seen a few dually F250's only one of which was marked as a conversion (arrow) heck, there's a brick nose and a slant nose F250 dually in the scrap yard right now, 1 is 6.9 2wd and the other is 7.3 TTB 4x4. And yes there is a problem besides it's a TTB, look at the pass side tire, the outside is worn.

There is no such thing as a diesel DRW F250 from the factory. But there is
SRW F350's from the factory.
