No linkage but heres some advice, when you install the new one, take off the rubber boot in the cab and install it from inside, its much easier to get to the bolt. On my truck I couldnt get a torx bit on it from underneath so working from upstairs really made it easier.

Well if you dont wanna spen the 280 for it i have a all purpose fix that i had to do on mine at least on the top part where the shift rod come into it from the floor ,,, all you have to do is get it lined back up in the position it needs to be in while its in the truck ,, clamp it together drill through it and bolt it together at both ends and works like a brand new one
