You buy the Programs that you want (different hp levels) once they are burned into the chip, that's what you get. I have 4 different tunes on my chip, high idle, econ,80 hp tow, and extreme. I can change into any of them on the fly via a knob on the dash. DPtuner is also popular, and offer many different programs/tunes.
