The Dodge wheels fit until Ford went to the 10.25 rear axle. Chevy wheels never fit.
To loosen the brake drum on the 10.25 rear axle, have a well meaning passer by install a '70 split ring wheel on you're '91 while you're mother is using it, and drive around for several days and when you hear a clunking the drum is loose. Then state that you did this intentionally .
For those of you that might not understand this technical procedure I will elaborate. The '70 wheel does not fit over the final shoulder on the axle, however with dually studs you can still install the lug nuts. This does not provide any clamping force to hold the drum on. This is how I discovered I had detachable drums.
In a controlled situation it might be a good way to free a stubborn drum.
