Trying to buy a pump from Uhaul for my 92 E350 non turbo. Will the 94 pump work if I want to turbo it in the future? Or will the 90 pump work just as well?

Turbo, non turbo, either will work. You won't notice any difference in the two pumps on the Van. You will notice an improvment from your old worn pump reguardless of which IP you go with. Both will work fine with a turbo addition in the future, once the fuel is turned up.

Not by looking at the outside, the turbo pump may be turned up a little more from the factory, but you can handle that yourself on the bench before you put it in. I can't do it on the truck, i recommend turning it up before installation, much easier.

Done some reading, does anyone know if both of this pumps are a 3400 RPM spec? I don't want to be stuck with a 2700 RPM pump.

Not uless it is a pump for an International medium duty truck. If you are purchasing a Ford truck IP, it should be goverened in the 3300 range.
