Hi!
Need new front springs for the 89 f250HD supercab, IDI off course, and I'm not sure what springs to pick. Looking for best comfort, and don't run any plow or winch up front, so I don't need the biggest rating. But I don't wan't it to sag after a couple of months, either. I run airbags up front (installed since the old springs sagged..) which I reckon will take some of the load off the springs, and keep them from sagging, but I just want to keep them inflated to the point that they almost start to lift the truck to avoid alignment issues with the ttb. So I don't wan't springs where I need air bags, they are just a supplement.
4.100 (2 7/8" thick) are to much HD, I reckon 3.486 (2" thick) is the (only) way to go? Or maybe 2.755 (1 7/16" thick), but I'm afraid the diesel will kill them..
