Thanks to PAFIXITMAN I have this great document attached. Problem is I have sent this to 2 ford dealerships and a fleet supply place and I am told all these rubber seals are all obsolete and the parts supply houses dont seem to have a listing. I need these seals to install my turbo so what do I do?

Are there other obsolete parts on these engines we should stock up on? I know the oil tube cooler seals are hard to get too. I plan on keeping my truck for years to come so I need to stock up if someone knows where to get this stuff.

I'm guessing the stuff you have circled in red is what your missing?

Part # 6N626- Once the seals on that go, if you can't find those then your best bet is to try and find a braided oil supply line of the correct length and fittings.
Part # 6N652- That gasket can be made from a sheet of gasket material.

for 9654, and 9n473 I used RTV. It was a little tricky considering how everything fits in there, but it seems to work well. Have a stainless oil line made, and get some NPT to AN fittings. I made mine out of AN4, but I would recommend doing AN5. (An fittings are dimensionaly the same as JIC fittings, and JIC are cheaper, and can be made anywhere that can make hydraulic lines. I cannot remember how long I made it, but I made it a little to long and just zip tied it out of the way. Talk to typ4 about the rest.

go to international. They have lots of stuff that Ford shines us on. Just picked up the valve cover grommett that the CDR plugs into from them after ford told me to take a hike, it was NLA. Coupled with that, they aren't nearly as proud($$$) of their parts as Ford is........

Everything on there is easy except the drain grommet. I have 100 each of the pedastal orings.

the oil cooler orings are supposedly same as powerstroke so they will be around a while.

Yea, most of it is o-rings but what a pain to have to go match things up somewhere. I just cant believe that if someone took their 93 to the dealer to get worked on and the turbo was leaking oil or loosing pressure around the intake they would just send them packing.

Any ideas on what I should do for the valley pan grommet? I havent looked, what is there now, just a plug or what?

...I have sent this to 2 ford dealerships

Ask these dealerships if they still have books, or only the computer. My dealer kept the books, and finds parts in there that are still available that he wouldn't know about in the computer.

Just call ATS. They should have those parts. Their new Aurora turbo system appears to use most of the same parts (except the turbo) as the older ATS wastegated turbo system.
