And, I don't think Ford built a 4x4 crewcab dualie until the SuperDuties came out, but I can't say for certain...

That is correct, Ford did not make a CC 4X4 from the factory before the Super Duty. I have seen some, but there were Centurion conversions..... I believe they bought a 4X4 Cab and Chassis and installed a bed, or did a SRW to DRW and added fenders. I have heard they have done both..... maybe depends on how it was going to be used......
