Water Pump 1988 7.3 ?

Great man. Happy to hear a happy ending. At least it isn't a Chevy. Oil everywhere changing drums and shoes as we speak. Damn dually. And damn the wastegate on these 6.5s! Old boy had it wired shut due to busted diaphragm or vaxcume leak I'm assuming.

The 6.5's are some of my least favorite engines. Especially to work on.

I hate how on this one I gotta pull the hub to get the drum off. Oil everywhere. Ford and Dodge dually don't have this issue

UPDATE...
so far no Coolant leaks and she is bone dry.
I hope when I look out tomorrow morning the concrete she is parked on is dry!
Thanks for all the great feedback and suggestions.
Since I purchased her new in 1988 I've done a LOT of work to this truck...she has been very good to me. Even though I've done so many things over the past 30 years I just didn't want to remove the Baby Moose IP and all that related stuff to pull the front cover...my back is killing me!

So the ground under truck has been dry past few mornings I assume?
