SO my warn hubs were pretty tough to get into manual. I attribute this to the 2 broken housing bolts letting water in and rust in the mechanism. I scored some "new" ones at the u pull from another 250 for only $20. They just say ford on them so maybe oem and they locked ok.?? Then one had a bearing locked up so I swapped my warn guts into it so that the part with the holes was good. I noticed that the warn floating sprocket (not sure of the correct name for now) was beefier. I am looking for the a new bearing for inside of the hub itself so i can have correct parts with each other.. is this a thing i can get one its own. see the picture. this shows the center piece i swapped from warn to oem.

you're looking at a case of buy the whole set to get one piece

if it was a D60 I have my complete factory ones I replaced for piece of mind, the center plastic bushing (the small one) was cracked on one, didn't want to risk a failure when I need it bad
