Hey Folks,
I just bought a 75K original mile IDI van from the Dept. of Energy. Drove it from ABQ to SW CO (outside of Telluride).
Why did I buy it, cause MILES of wiring and reliance on sensors/nannies in the newer options is NOT something I am fond of. Plus they are just too dang expensive to pay someone else to build out with ~60% labor cost. THIS WILL NOT BE A LIVE IN CAMPER VAN. I am not against those, my wife and I just have a different plan for our family.
I am excited to be here, learn, and help pass along. This is my first Ford and my high school best friend is beside himself that I finally see the light.
