Well I STILL haven't found a pulley to replace my bad one..... Anyone have a line on one? I've been out of town and my truck has been down for months now. Time to get this thing settled now that I'm home...

You might have to keep a close watch on ebay. Used vac pumps with a pulley still on them can go from from $50 to $100+ (including shipping). Looks like July was the last time one sold.

If no one here has one to sell, and if I happen to be passing by a junk yard listed on row52 that has a 92-94 IDI listed, I'll try to remember to stop and see if the vac pump is still on it.

Too bad I already went through Salt Lake City last week since a junk yard around there has a 92 F350 IDI.

You might look and see if a yard near you has one. You can't filter out gas engines so click each one to see. This link is just for 92-94 F350, so also check F250, E250 and E350.

I would get the dorman 300-700 and compare it to yours. When you look at the vacuum pumps for the different years the difference seems to be the nipple orientation of the pump. i put a 1996 pump on my 1993 when I had it and the difference was the 93 mounting holes were smooth and the 96 were threaded but the pump was the same. It’s worth a closer look to compare your pulley to.

Another thought, for the people who have changed from v belt to serpentine. Did you change the vacuum pump or just the pulley?

I just found a thread by a user saying he used the Dorman 300-700 on his 1993.
