The damper bolt needs a dab of RTV under the washer or oil can leak past the keyway. Those oil pan corners need more RTV than you would think. I failed to use enough on the rear of mine and got a leak. You could pull the water pump and front cover and reseal that way. Easier than pulling the engine, and not as obvious to neighbors.
