turbo off 01 Powerstroke

My buddy is gettin a bigger turbo on his 01 f-250 powerstroke and is willing to sell it to me cheap. Will this fit on my truck? its a 1992 f-250 IDI... THANKS!

Anything is possible with enough fabrication, but if you are thinking bolt up, then think again. It's been done a few times, in fact I used to have a PSD turbo that someone had rigged to an IDI but I got rid of it.

Can you fabricate? are you willing to? then yes it can be done but it will be alot of work

i got a good one off a stroker ambulance for $50 at the local pull a part... i want to install it, just need the scout together so i have something to drive while i fab up the parts.
