Ive heard that the turbo IP's have an external fuel adjustment bolt, making fuel easier to play with, are they a direct swap with that being the only difference?

yours being a 93 should have that screw.

I believe I have the internal fuel screw? Passenger side beneath diamond shaped cover?

That would be the max fuel delivery screw that we all have.
Look at the front of your pump by the injector lines see if there's a screw.
Get on google and look for a picture between the two different pumps yull see the screw that a NA pump woulndt have.

Is it only low rpm's? At what rpm does it stop coming into play?
