Considering even a stock turbo requires quite a bit of fuel to make boost(and actually /use/ that boost), yeah... You'll want to add fuel.
Assuming your turbo is bigger than a stock kit turbo, you'll probably be wanting to add, oh, everything you can get out of the IP if you expect to actually make use of it.

But, seeing as you have a 6.9, you might want to be a little careful, or install headstuds.
