Trying to get my turbo off

Ok so what part is it that needs to come apart? I am not sure what you are talking about which could be most of my problem.

go to this link, click at the 93-94. It has a nice color picture section on how to remove the turbo...best write-up I've seen.

In that write up I am to the part where it says pry the pedistal out of the grommet. Only problem is nothing will budge. I have taken out all the bolts that it says to and then some.
