I just read through this thread. Nice work!
One question: are the exhaust pipes from the manifolds to the turbo still the original Banks design, or did you modify them?

Still the original, the driver side goes down under the engine then through the cast iron up pipe. I've considered changing it but there so little room against the firewall on that side doesn't seem like it's worth the hassle. I do think I'll weld up the connection that is right under the engine, just this last weekend I sunk it in some pretty deep water and when the truck was shut off for a bit some water got into the exhaust down there and when I restarted it, I blew about a cup of water through the hot side of the turbo.
