Hey guys...

Just put a new 4 core champion radiator in my f350 and was considering using the trans cooler in the radiator to heat the fuel as it is currently unused. Also, my fuel bowl heater is dead.

I know it wouldn't be optimal and wouldn't transfer 100% of the heat, however in theory, it would certainly add heat to the fuel...

Anyone ever try this?

Being at the bottom of the radiator, unless you have the water line from the head T'd over there like the automatics had, I would think you won't get much heat out of it. That should be about the coldest spot on the radiator unless that heater hose is plumbed into it. No real world experience but I'm guessing no not worth it.
