hello i have a 94 idit and i am getting a code 56 and 67 i just recently adjusted the switch on the driver side of the injector pump im getting .94 volt from the center wire at idle i was wondering if me messing with that would cause those codes and what exactly do they mean

56 TOT sensor circuit is open. This sensor tells the TCM what the tranny temp is.
67 MLPS is out of range. This sensor tells the TCM what gear has been selected.
Most likely the problem is the MLPS. Other symptom when this sensor is failing. Transmission drops out of gear while in drive.
You will find this sensor on the drivers side of the tranny.
The replacement part will be a Transmission Range Sensor. Ford's new name for the part.
It will come with a new plug and a map to instal the wires.

It will come with a new plug and a map to instal the wires.is there a way to adjust this sensor because all i did when we put the used transmission in is swap over my sensor and all we did to adjust this was get it to were the truck would start in neutral and park do u have to take a voltage reading like on the tps sensor

Put the vehicle in neutral. Then line up the index mark on the sensor.
