Okay I have replaced the tach sensor so my tach works now. Still no OD light and still going into 2nd and 3rd hard. OD does work I push the button and it shifts the OD like it should. Is there anything I am missing like a vacume line or somthing?

Sounds to me like you are trying to kill that E4OD...something isn't right somewheres!!

Can you think of anything better to do with a stock E4OD.
Sorry I'm not a big fan of the E4OD, to finicky for my taste.

I am not a big fan myself have blown 3 in 1 year at work. Glad that it was the work truck and not mine.

The bulb is burnt out.

The hard shifts could be sticky valves, line pressure issues, or the TPS is out of range. Seeing that the OD light is out you should check for codes.

The E4OD is electronic no vacuum required.
