Timming meter

Could someone tell me what meters can be used to time these?
I may be able to borrow one from the Ford dealership But need to know what to borrow.
Also is there an article on timming these?
Also what is the beat setting?

I'm its a rotunda timing meter, think its an 078100 or 078200, do a search for rotunda, it was discussed by a few of us about 2 months ago. I know what it is you need I am just having a brain freeze on the exact # It has a magnetic tach pickup and is capable of doing luminosity or pulse method.
