Timing check - throttle setting fixture - homegrown!

I decided to check my IP timing last night. There have been some suggestion for wedges, etc for setting the throttle speed to 2000rpm but my table saw was covered by outboard motor parts so I couldn't cut one. Axe is out in the barn... woodpile is covered... Carrot season and I have a wagon full of them in the garage! Taper is perfect for those little adjustments.
