Throttle cable adjustment?

That looks about right. The accelerator pedal has been lower than the brake pedal in every vehicle I've owned for aprx. 35 years.

Look at back side of pedal arm...open side...

It appears the back side where hinge point is is actually bent

IIRC the arm should be straight up and down not bowed.

mines different being a 92 but I saw that bend too. Right below the pivot point. Betcha could be taken out of truck and straightened in a vise.
