name some of the worst parts of your bull/brick nose/OBS that you curse the engineers for doing that just really ****** you off.

one thing for me is that GD pinch weld on the radiator support.

something that i will be deleting pretty soon!

Enclosed cab support bolt nuts. You have to cut open the floor if the tack welds break away.

Another is the stupid clip on the wiper motor. If you do not pull your cowl it is a real pain to get on and off.

Door pin design: if you're gonna make hinges that will eventually sag, make them freaking serviceable.

The ignition switch is also pretty chitty, at least it's easy to replace, although I'm not crazy about having a new key every time I change it.

Crush sleeve and short pinion splines on 10.25 rear ends.

Accelerator cable laying on #8 injector line.

I need to change mine but then that means I'll have to carry two keys, one for the ignition and one for the door. I seriously don't like that.

Body mounts for me can never get them off unless I break out the SawZall :sly
Second is the Steering Shaft and it's rag joints.
