The Plow is finally on my F250 after a bunch of work and $1200 spent in total for new and old parts. I still have to hook up my driving lights, paint some stuff and iron out some other minor details before it's complete....The cables are backwards on the spool valve:rolleyes: and I need to brace the joystick better under the dash......But if it snowed tommorow I could plow with it - major bonus. I can see to drive with the blade up so I can still drive it until the plow lights are done. I have 4 customers so far. It pulls a little to the right but it always has, the blade only makes it a little worse. I put quick disconnects on the hoses so I can take it off fairly easy.

Fisher head gear and mount with a Diamond blade, belt driven pump with cable controls.;Sweet....It took me two days to modify the 80-86 F350 2wd mount, make braces and install everything....I'm pooped.

Nice setup, the lack of snow makes me a bit homesick though... LOL

That was last weekend... I just pushed another 6" out of the driveway tonight after being out of town since Thursday...
Truck and plow both need paint, but, the plow is in surprisingly good shape for being nearly 20 years old. I just wish it was a 9'2 instead of 8'2.

More pics please BigRigTech,

I have a Fisher, ALOT like the 1st pic above.

Where can I see more pics of plows on old 85 Ford's , as I have yet to start my project blade ?
I have a 6" lift going on first, and would like some help trying to figure out how to go about mounting it and what things to consider ahead of time ?
