from what I understand, you can own it, you just can't register it.Does that mean it's ok to have a truck older than a 96 or 98, after 2014 if that's it says?
I'm just trying to figure it all out. I hear all kinds of different stories.
over 10k operating commercially you are still ok to 14k.I thought it only applied to fleets that had more than 3 vehicles, or something like that...what a bunch of B.S. I may be well to the left of 99% of the people on this forum, but the CARB needs to be disbanded
kali politicians kinda figured it out. that's why there is the confusion. originally it was supposed to be much more draconian by the end of next year. now it is a rolling death sentence.....oldest ones first. I'm screwed and I know it. But the only good thing for me is that my motors and transmissions in my f450's can be transferred to the smaller trucks. That's part of what's going to cause the spiral of economy to go farther down. I'm sure that new shipping port in Panama will keep truckers away from CA too. If it's open yet.
