The cleanest 1984 6.9 ?

HCE, your trucks amazing! Did that 5sp turn it into a different truck to drive? Ive only driven a few 4speeds and they feel between the two seems to be pretty different.

It changed it a lot. The truck just want to be driven at 75 or more, so I gained little for mileage, but I get there much faster. Also the close ratios is much better for the diesel the t-19 had to much of spread between 3 and 4.

I remember holding those same documents in my hands in July of 1983, sitting on the couch looking at my new truck out the window. Saliva drooling out of the corners of my mouth....

I made the last post in haste because we had a new member of our family - Good ole number 6 came into our life to bless us yesterday at 11:45 AM. friday was spent between baby sitting and the hospital (she was stubborn and kept us guessing for 3 days).
Anylah - she is ready to keep us busy for another few years & has been baking orders to her mom allready. We are thanking the Lord she is healthy and strong.
We have a busy day coming up and will have very little spare time as Paw -Paw is running a day care center for a while.
We will ship as soon as possible.

While I,m hyjacking the post -I got to see my grandson Wade for the first time in 1 1/2 years. We visited his Mom on thursday Then our granddaughter arrived on Sat .What a week. Thanks Lord!
