the big swap

i have a 92 f 350 crew cab longbed srw diesel and i want to swap suspension and motor and trans from a 2001 f350 ect.,oh yeah, it's a 4x4 also. rear differential went right in,not much modification, front end is a little different. leaf springs are a bit wider and are backwards, meaning the pivoting end on 92 is in the front and visa versa on 01.also carrier housing won't allow me to move springs inward. anyone have any suggestions. they would be greatly appreciated.THANKS GUYS FOR ANY HELP! longframe
