anybody have a crossmember pic of a t-19 in a 4X4 f-250? i made a crossmember and had to lower it 1" and raise the carrier bearing 1" to make the rear shaft have a better angle. it SHOOK the shifter bad when i'd pull out, it's ALOT less severe now. i want to see how the front shaft is, with my setup it will fit with the slider at the t-case but there's only about 3/4" between the shaft and the crossmember. i still have the to shorten the front shaft and shorten the rear shaft i got.

also i noticed the mount for the t-19 is about 1" off center to where the auto trans was, this is normal right?? and is it normal for the shifter to shake a bit when pulling out?

thanks for the help again guys this site is amazing!!!

I can get you some pictures tomorrow, what do you want to see? Dark here now, and raining!

As for the shake, I find if I don't touch or hardly touch the shifter when releasing the clutch, mine does it much less, but if you drive it like a gasser (apply throttle when releasing clutch) mine will have a little shake as well. Getting ready to re-clutch and will probably throw a new set of motor mounts on it as well.

ahh it does drop down by the shaft.... hmmm. also does the trans mount sit flush with frame or sit below it a little, i had it flush but tried to lower it 1" to see if it helped with the shaking, minor help, may remove the shims. i think the better angle on the carrier helped the most.

thanks
