Now the video isn't very clear, is that the drain for the turbo or what is that hole? I'm not familuar with the PSD's....

Well. Know that shiny "barrel" in the back is the HPOP. But that area is the HOPO reservior. The oil should be drawn from that area, not being pumped back into that area, unless that is the feed from the LPOP. Or do you have an blown oil cooler? But I think if it were that, the oil would be around the HPOP not up front like that. Bad HPOP or o-rings?
