Upgrade your hub components with the Ford kit, and you won't need to worry about special seals.....

SKF has also that upgraded oil slinger in their wheel seal kit. Kit has that Scotseal plusXL seal, which you can install by hand. Part number is BR3992K. Found one from ebay, he is not selling right now, but you see what this kit contains from the pic...

OK I am going to call this a rookie mistake its a SKF scots seal that rotates internally. I have never changed one of these or seen a seal like this. Now that I understand how it works it looks right. Thanks everyone for the help!!
