What Log Book????
I've been looking it it for a while on the floor of the garage & decided to get moving on it. It's a DPS system (purchased from Scott Beretz. Thanks Scottie) which I think was intended for a PSD. I have to get different boost switch fittings to make it work with the Banks system, I guess. My questions is this. The boost switches had a plastic tee on the assembly which would splice into the boost gauge line. The Banks line is TINY, the tee is bigger than 1/4in. I havent been able to locate a tee that small. ( I don't know the line sizes, sorry) but I was just going to tap the hat & go with a bigger line just for the switches. It wouldn't be a flow thru connection, just an air line that terminates at the switches. Is that a bad idea? I figure when the bosst comes up it will be fine but when the boost drops, will the pressure in the switch line drop also to shut off the nozzle(s). Any advice is appreciated. Here's some pictures of what I've done so far.
