How about other users of diesel?????????
I was wondering about other users of diesel fuel, like the rail road and Hiway building equiptment, Is the new PPM's going to effect the fuel they use?, Where I live its the cross roads of the west for the the rail road almost, and I believe they put out the most pollutants in this valley. They just hang here and the motorest gets the blame, From the locale EPA watch dogs.
I know there are a lot of Rail road guys here and maybe someone could shead some light on the fuel the RR uses.
