I just replaced 2 slobbering injectors due to excessive smoking. Mine smoked blue however not black. I noticed it got worse as the engine got warmer. Cold it didn't smoke much but hot it left a blue haze going down the road. Since replacing the injectors it does not smoke at all except for when I give it too much throttle then it only smokes black. Love the Moosepump. It's starting to sound like an injector or timing issue. I would check the timing again just incase it may have slipped.

david85 , my supplier only stocks bb codes, it is very hard to get d or e codes, the pump shop says the only difference in the aftermarkets is the letter stamp, the tips and parts are the same. G codes do have a different tip and higher pop. They dont work well with a non turbo pump. Now this weekend I took a set of G's out of a factory turbo truck that I overhauled 5 years ago and put in a new set of BB, didnt raise the pop pressure and he took off on a 500 mile trip. He just left me a message that his mileage was better and the power was unbelievable. Both were complaints since I did the engine. Another black mark in my book for g codes.

I just placed an order for a set of BB injectors...Waiting for them makes me feel like one of those days when the wifey tells me "Not now... Wait till it gets dark"..... Funny ... It never does get that dark now does it....

gary I am working on a gadget to measure just those items already. about 30 inputs will be available.
Dirtleg,
I have a similair issue but I get some blue smoke on decel as well. Did you notice any smoke on decel or just going at a steady speed down the road ??
Diesel Max, I was smoking blue anytime I was on the throttle enough to build any boost at all. On decel the smoke would start to clear up until there wasn't any. It would stay smoke free until I got on the throttle again. At first I thought it was a turbo oil seal but my oil usage didn't support that idea. Fuel economy and power were down however.
