Simple exhaust for every day use

the guys here got a point a large exhaust is going to open it up some and we all know these old trucks need it. get atail pipe expander ( the mm to in conversion will be tough so this will help) then get a 2.5 to 3 inch adapter ( in mm) and run 3 inch out in front of the wheel.

this will not only give ya cooler exhaust and help the engine breathe at high rmps it will also
keep you from ripping it off again
be serviceable in france
and you only need one bend and 2 hangers

A friend found this ,it is a 62mm ,nearly 2,44inch,I will try this week end to see how it looks like

too much restriction. also too small of diameter. you need a straight through design. that exhaust will be choking the engine

I checked this week-end and the pipe diameter was 2;5 inch monted actually.
May be this exhaust has been changed before and my truck is registered in france as a 1995 but it is in fact a 1991 according to the vin.The 1995 may have this diameter ?

On 95 year diesel's(psd), the exhaust goes from 3" at the downpipe to 3.5" back.
