Ah, that's why. No food or drink besides water in our cars except a little on our yearly trip to Cannon Beach. But even then it's a ***** and stretch break so we eat out of the car. So yeah on the food front I get it, leather is much easier.I disagree but the wife insists on the kids eating in the car, they inevitably crumb and spill, leather and vinyl are much easier to clean. Have some alcohol wipes and done.
As for the driver's seat, I'm in one 4-6 hours a day and my skin doesn't breathe well against the leather. Fake leather is worse. Plus I slide around on it when cornering hard!
