i had to sacrifice a set of injectors for my PSD, oah well, my 87 is my daily!

Yes an intercooler is recommended with that pump. I couldn't believe the smoke output my baby moose throws out compared to my stock IP....although I think most of it should clear up once I get it timed properly. The baby moose also gave me inspiration to add a turbo, which really helped decrease smoke even more.
Can't imagine what a bull moose would do to one of these engines :sly. I would imagine it would look similar to what a freight train smokes when you pour the coal to her. Let me know when you get her buttoned up. I will have to make a trip up to your place to see how that truck performs!

Oh.....might also look into a turbo wheel upgrade when you get your turbo rebuilt. That bull moose will need all the air it can get :D

wayyy ahead of ya buddy, im barrowing a core from Calvin next week and sending it to Russ to get it rebuilt and depending what me and Russ decide on. a WW2!

bah! i got a stupid question for the owners of said bull moose.
may be a complete moronic question, so im not gotta bug Mel with it esp on a weekend.
these are BD2 pumps just rebuilt and calibrated, right?
if i wanted to turn the fuel screw down a flat or so, the screw is still there?
