Replacing wiper switch

Anyone know if I can just drop in this switch to get intermittent wipers? Presumably the motor is the same in both types?

I picked up mine out of a yard and just installed it. So yeah thats all you need to do. Works great has for a little over a year now.

yall sure of that????--on the 85--theres another "box" that goes with it--and the switch is diff from standard wipers--havent pulled the one out of the 94 to look--

My 84 F250 has a seperate box called a governor with it.

You MUST get the box and the correct switch or you will not have intermittent wipers That switch will not connect directly to your harness....you must use the Box
