I pulled my sway bar off a while back because frankly I wasn't sure if it was doing any good.

I've decided I should put it back in but the bushings were well overdue for replacement. End links are expensive but bushings are cheap.

Parts to make a puller. 3/8 bolt probably 4" long with a nut, a 1" pipe nipple and some washers.

Puller installed.

Crank it down tight then put it in the vise and hit the puller bolt with a punch and a 3# "motivator" until it pops the rest of the way out.

Pulled out.

Nice! I just redid my front end, to the tune of about 1k when it was all said and done. My only question... why didn't you clean those parts while you had them out? lol

I'll be completely honest, I was just being lazy. I KNEW someone was going to say that too lol!

I was waist deep in a Kia water pump change (royal pain in the rear, driven by the timing belt, EVERYTHING has to come off the front of the motor) and I was just taking a break.
