About the best shop manual you can buy is the international engine service manual. I have two of them... They both are the same part number CGES-435-1. This is for the 1991 year engine but its great for all the engines... Nothing in it about the turbo engines. Try asking at the parts counter for youe special year but use the same numbers I gave you. Figure on spending around $45.00 for the book. It has 9 sections on the engines and each section is about 12 pages... More information one really needs.... The head section wil just completely scare you because of all the information it lists....:sly

If you only want info on the engines, go with the IH book. If you want general information specific to your truck, watch Ebay for the Ford factory manuals. I got a full set for about $35. They are well written and easy to understand.
