Well we poked around on my brothers truck yesterday and found a bad start solinoid. (the one on the passenger fender). It was intermittantly not opening with the key off allowing juice to bleed off. He is gonna change that today along with another charge controller (he has been charging aroung 20 volts lately).
We will see how long it lasts.
