Does anyone know what could have happened to the RedHead Steering Gear website??

I had them on my favorites; but, for the last several days, I click on the link and get "website can not be found, etc., etc."

I have tried a number of ways, all no good.

Thanks.

Rider,

I doubt either has happened. Might just be a web site problem.

It is a one man shop and wife doing the books business.

Harvey, the owner is a great guy. I have been obsessing with getting the last little bit of play out of my gear and have been to the shop 4 times (85 miles away. I keep coming up with ideas and Harvey will either help me with what I want to do or in some cases tell me I'm nuts. The last version is as close to perfect as I think I can get it. The last change was to have a custom made oilite bushing made to replace the Torrington bearing on the sector shaft.

His rebuilding methods make a very good gear but I was after that little bit more precision. I am sure I have the most expensive steering gear ever done for one of our trucks(-:
