Does anyone know if the rear or last two intake bolts on drivers side intake hold water jackets or any fluid etc.?Had to remove rear engine hoist bracket to get glow plug out and looked like bolts had some sort of sealant on them?

Just like ironworker40 has there. The intake manifold bolts do nothing more than hold the intake manifold on, no fluids. Someone may have sealed them because they thought the unfiltered air could get in when it can't, that's why there is an intake manifold gasket. Your good to go!

The earlier models had open coolant ports between the intake ports on the heads but on the later models, the coolant ports were sealed with litlle freeze plugs.
If you happen to have the earlier one, I would think you'd be ok just loosening a couple bolts, as long as the whole manifold wasn't loosened enough to disturb the sealing of those open coolant ports.

None of the head bolts or the intake manifold bolts enter the cooling systems. They are blind bottom holes. Thats a good thing.
