was that with the chemical in the engine on the first start up? or was that after you have had it running?

no, this was a few days after i had it running again, it burned through it all pretty quickly (and violently might i add), this was just a couple of days ago that it had this starting problem, and also the first time it did this since i got the truck on the 25th of jan.

Honestly I still think you are ok. It sounds like the starter might be going out though...Usually when they go out you get a click a few times but the starter doesnt spin. after a few clicks it may start normally.

Actually, TW-3 marine two-stroke oil is much better than ATF to add to diesel fuel as per this study; http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/showthread.php?t=177728
