rember how i coun't get the washer out of the injector tube well i put a nother injector in it and it ran fine all day until a little bit ago i took it apart and it had the tip fouled out of it and the returnline cap has groves cut in it from something but i dont know where it is coming from its not letting copression back into the injector and its not leaking around the injector so why is there groves cut into the plastic return line cap could this be a pump problem or something major

That injecter isn't closing completely and compression is blowing back up it cuttung the plastic cap. You need another injecter again.... Sorry...

the injector tip that spays the fuels is burt off but i finally got the old copper washer out last night and i put a new one with the new injector and it seems to be fine its not letting any compression back out so hopfully it is good to go

Keep us informed. The tip shouldnt burn. Those things are HARD, the piston would melt before the injector tip. Something dosent sound right with that cylinder.

Water will blow the tip right off of an injector.

Perhaps the tip is there, but he can't see it? If the injector is really foobared, it could be jammed up in there somewhere.

Remember guys... This is all bought from Diesel Carenot and Mr. Billy Williams doing what he does best... Selling problematic low quality junk... So, Anything is possible from that place. Its just too bad that someone like this is still in business. One would think a business not standing behind their product would be out of business shortly....
