Anyone have any tips on removing it? 94 IDI

I've got the radiator out and working on the cab bushing bolts but it seems I'm missing something. I took out the 4 bolts on each side where it bolts to the fender. Just feel like there's some hidden bolts I'm missing. It's still pretty solid when I wiggle it.

You need to pull the grill and lights, the plastic piece the lights mount to. There's more bolts in there.

Yep. Thanks for the reply. I missed a whole slew of bolts. Also there is a YouTube video of the removal process if anyone in the future runs across this thread.

I was wondering about that. I'm still fighting it but I gave up for the night. I am real close to a sawzall procedure in the morning.

I got one of the bushing bolts out through the bottom. The second one is being stubborn.

I wish we had a removable top center section like the newer vehicles. It would save all kinds of work.
