Quick Question... Anybody got a Bumper like this?

I tried for 20min to get these things off and change the bulbs but I cant get them off!!! Any tips before I take a hammer to them? It seems that maybe they want you to take the whole chrome cover off to get to the light. Where the light is its totally sealed and welded except for the front chrome piece that wraps from under all the way around to the top. It would be stupid to design that!!

Usally those are a one time use light, the whole thing will pop out from the back side. The chain stores carry them.

I seem to remember you just pull the back apart and then install a new bulb?

Yup, just rip them suckers out. I spent a good 15 minutes trying to get them out, I ended up just tearing them out.

This reminds me......I gotta get my new bumper in.

And those dont fit really well in the stock bumper. I have an aftermarket bumper to go on the rear, and I bought those style lights and they fit good in it. I havent put that bumper on, I ended up having to put in one of those aftermaket lights and it fits in the hole real loose, I had to use some duct tape to keep it in place

Yep those are the ones, after I used a hammer and a flat head, problem solved. New Lights in. ;p
