Question about building a injector tester

Was wondering if any body has part numbers or how to build an injector crack pressure tester i would like to build my own the shops around here want $40 per injector to test.

Charging $40.00 per injector is terrible. Gees... You can buy them brand new for about half that price... Tell them to pound sand. Bunch of crocks...:eek:

I'm going to build one if I ever have any money again. $40/injector is outrigght stealing. One shop here charges $32/set of 8 or 4 bucks each, with another it's free.

Yeah, Northwestern Fuel Injection here charges $35 ea. I asked them why in the hell would I pay you 35 when I can buy new ones for $28.

I started building one, it works but wont hold pressure on the gauge (bleeds down)
So far I have about $100.00 in it and it still dont work right. When I get a chance I'll try a different jack.

What kind of jack did you use? I have a port-a-power ram for mine.
