anyone know if SCT makes a good programmer for a late 99 sd psd? brother found one for cheep, but not sure about it yet.

SCT makes tunes for the 7.3L's but your best power upgrade is a TS Performance 6 Position Switch.

If you have a good line on a cheap SCT I'd say buy it and run it. If you find out down the road that it isnt all you thought it would be just sell it and move on to a Wildman chip. Hope your bro has gauges installed.
